Could it be?
Is it really?
Is it a ROBIN?!!!
Around here from what I
understand
if you see a Robin then
SPRING
is around the corner
and that my
dears
is a Robin in my
backyard!
I already have my tulips,
daffodils,
and Columbine's
peeking through!
It makes my heart
pit'r pat'r
I'm ready to run through
the hills
and
SING!
Well, not really, let's not
go to far,
but I am
EXCITED
about
winter slowly
coming to
a close
and seeing life
appear
and color
take
over!
But it is still darn cold out today!
BRRRRR!
Have a great Friday!
I'm so excited for spring too, looking forward to getting outdoors, cleaning the garden form last year and getting it ready to plant.
ReplyDeleteIt also makes it nice when the weather is warmer to paint all that furniture I have to paint, it's been a really cold winter, so ready for some sunshine.
From your last post it looks like its been a tough winter for you, sure hope your doing alot better. Miss ya friend, think of you often.

YAY! Our little friend the robin! These pics put a smile on my face...thanks for sharing. I'm getting eager for spring, as I think everyone is. It's been a long grey winter. Ick!

Hard to believe, isn't it, Arlene? My husband and I take walks early in the morning as many days a week as we can manage, and the last few days we've been noticing birds singing even while it's still dark out. If that's not a sure sign of spring I don't know what is! Hope you're doing well. About your previous post, I am green (GREEN!) with envy over those new storage units you have from IKEA; they look just great!
