My Casa Bella

COME IN THE EVENING, OR COME IN THE MORNING;

COME WHEN YOU'RE LOOK'D FOR,

OR COME WITHOUT WARNING.

KISSES AND WELCOME YOU'LL FIND BEFORE YOU,

AND THE OFTENER YOU COME HERE

THE MORE I'LL ADORE YOU!

-Thomas Osbourne Davis

Welcome To My Casa Bella

My Casa Bella- means-my beautiful home- but it can mean so many other things. How you make your home a home. The sounds of children or pets playing. The aroma of scones in the oven or a lilac candle burning. The flowers blooming in your garden. The home grown vegetables ready to be picked. Grandma's quilt at the foot of the bed. A fire to curl up to with a good book. Or just a family spending time together with love, laughter and a good time.

Lazy Sunday

So today is a lazy day, although the sun is shining, its cold and I'm having one of those days, even my kitty's agree, besides, they do work hard all day. Play, eat, sleep, play, eat, sleep, need petting every so often, its exhausting work, but somebody's got to do it.
I love my cats, they are our kids and they are lovingly spoiled. On the left is Kahlua, my big muscle man, he's all muscle and walks like a Sumo Wrestler. In the middle is Timmy, my gray tabby that we got over 8 years ago at PetSmart. I fell in love with him. On the right is Latte, my shy girl. But don't let that fool you, she is feisty especially with her blood brother Kahlua. She'll be sitting there looking pretty and cute, then in a second she's hissing and slapping her big brother around. But she is my girl, and the sweetest thing. So on these lazy Sunday's they keep me company and they can make me laugh. They are truly medicine for the soul.
